  FOR THE PROJECT ENTITLED
  NAME OF PROJECT: CONSTRUCTION OF BUTUAN CITY URBAN DRAINAGE SYSTEM (PHASE 9) WITH EXCEPTION (EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY)
  
  1) The City Government of Butuan, through the 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety-Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety-One Thousand Four Hundred Pesos Only (Php 192,991,400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Butuan City Urban Drainage System (Phase 9) with Exception (Early Procurement Activity) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2) The City Government of Butuan now invites bids for the project entitled Construction of Butuan City Urban Drainage System (Phase 9) with Exception (Early Procurement Activity).
