FOR THE PROJECT ENTITLED
CONSTRUCTION OF BUTUAN CITY TOWNSHIP 1 (PHASE 1)
1) The City Government of Butuan, through the City Engineering Department-Special Purpose Appropriation-Capital Outlay under City Ordinance No. 7296-2025 (Annual Budget 2026) intends to apply the sum of Ninety-Eight Million Pesos Only (Php 98,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Butuan City Township 1 (Phase 1). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Butuan now invites bids for the project entitled Construction of Butuan City Township 1 (Phase 1). Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Ten (210) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB)
