1) The BLGU Brgy. 5, GIPORLOS, Eastern Samar, through the 20% BDF Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Sixty Four Pesos & 69/100 (Php675,064.69) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Brgy Water System Level 2 (Continuation) under Contract No. INFRA 2025-11-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BLGU Brgy. 5, GIPORLOS, Eastern Samar now invites bids for the above project to wit:
