INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BRGY. PERIMETER FENCE
1. The Barangay Tacbuyan, Estancia, Iloilo through MUNCIPAL AIDE intend to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY EIGHT PESOS ONLY (173,938.00 ) for the CONSTRUCTION OF BRGY. PERIMETER FENCE. Bids received in excess of the approved budget shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Tacbuyan, Estancia, Iloilo now invites bids to all registered supplier for the CONSTRUCTION OF BRGY. PERIMETER FENCE of Barangay Tacbuyan.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations ( IRR ) of Republic Act ( RA ) 9184, other wise known as the " Government Procurement Reform Act".
