Description : 1. The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Veruela, through the 20% MDF FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 1,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Brgy. Health Station at Brgy. Poblacion. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU of Veruela now invites bids for the Construction of Brgy. Health Station at Brgy. Poblacion in Brgy. Poblacion, Veruela, Agusan del Sur. The scope of works includes but is not limited to: Earthworks, Plain Reinforced Concrete Works, Termite Control Works, Masonry Works, Fabricated Material, Finishing Works, Painting Works, Roof Framing and Roofing Works, Structural Steel Truss and Purlins, Metal Structure Accessories (Sagrods), and Plumbing Works. Completion of the Works is required within Eighty (80) calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
