Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BRGY. BULI MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING (PHASE 1): STRUCTURAL WORKS, PLUMBING &SANITARY LINES, & ELECTRICAL ROUGHING-INS
1. The City Government of Muntinlupa, through the duly approved 2025 Executive Budget intends to apply the sum of Twenty Eight Million Eight Hundred Eighty Nine Thousand Four Hundred Eight Pesos & 46/100 (P28,889,408.46) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Brgy. Buli Multi-Purpose Building (Phase 1): Structural Works, Plumbing &Sanitary Lines, & Electrical Roughing-ins. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Muntinlupa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
