CONSTRUCTION OF BOARDWALK/ TOURISM FACILITIES IN SAN MARCOS, BADS FOR AGUSAN MARSH AND WILDLIFE SANCTUARY

1.The Municipality of Bunawan, now invite bids for Construction of Boardwalk/ Tourism Facilities in San Marcos, BADS for Agusan Marsh and Wildlife Sanctuary. Completion of Work required by 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years, a contract similar Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

2.Bidding will be conducted in accordance with relevant procedures for open competitive bidding as specified in the IRR of RA 9184 (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act, subject to exceptions stated in this Bidding Documents.
