BID IDENTIFICATION NUMBER 2024-12-79 (2ND BIDDING)

1. The Municipality of Ayungon, through the 20% EDF - 2023 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Eighty Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Three Pesos and 23/100 Pesos Only (487,903.23) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Boardwalk at Sitio Kaingay, Barangay Poblacion, Ayungon, Negros Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Ayungon, now invites bids for Construction of Boardwalk at Sitio Kaingay, Barangay Poblacion, Ayungon, Negros Oriental. Completion of the Works is required at 65 calendar days Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
