1. Site Preparation: This includes preparing the ground for the streetlight installations. This involves tasks such as installing a project billboard, excavating the ground, creating embankments, and preparing a gravel bed.

2. Foundation and Structure: This phase focuses on constructing the concrete foundations (footings and columns) for the streetlights. Reinforcing steel is used to strengthen the concrete structures. Formwork and falsework are used to support the concrete during pouring.

3. Finishing and Installation: This involves painting the concrete and metal parts of the streetlight structures. Metal accessories and anchor bolts are installed. The electrical work, including wiring, wiring devices, and lighting fixtures, is also completed in this phase.
