1. The Municipality of Bindoy, Negros Oriental, through the twenty percent Development Fund CY 2024 (20% DFCY 2024) of the municipality intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty and 66/100 Pesos (PhP 1,268,980.66) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Barangay Health Station, Naula-an, Danawan, Bindoy, Negros Oriental. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Bindoy, Negros Oriental now invites bids for the Construction of Barangay Health Station, Naula-an, Danawan, Bindoy, Negros Oriental. .
