Description : 1) The Barangay Government of Data, Sabangan, through the 20% BDF FY 2026 intends to apply the sum Six Hundred Thirty-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Nineteen Pesos and Twenty Centavos (Php. 638,619.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF BARANGAY HEALTH STATION. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Government of Data, Sabangan now invites bids for Construction of Barangay Health Station. Completion of the Works is required thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
