Description : The BARANGAY COUNCIL OF MALANDAYON through the 20% Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Ninet Pesos and 10/100 (Php99,949.10) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract CONSTRUCTION OF BARANGAY FENCE.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening. The conduct of Bid Opening shall be held at the MALANDAYON BARANGAY HALL, Malandayon, Malinao, Aklan at the time mentioned above.

The MALANDAYON BARANGAY COUNCIL now invites bids for the above-mentioned project to be completed within the prescribe period prescribed above upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act".
