INVITATION TO BID
“Construction of Bahay Pag-asa Center (Phase 2)”

1. The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro (PGOM), through the FY 2025 5% Gender and Development Fund (GAD), intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Two Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Forty-One Pesos and 46/100 (P15,299,641.46) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Construction of Bahay Pag-asa Center (Phase 2)” (Ref. No. 232-2025). The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Description of the above Project is as follows: “Construction of 573.30m² Bahay Pag-asa Center including Civil, Structural, Architectural and Electrical as per Plan and Specification” and is located in Brgy. Tayamaan, Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro.
