Sector to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Seven
Hundred Eighty Seven Pesos and Ninety Seven Centavos (Php 1, 594, 787.97) being
the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
Construction of ASMGH Main Building Ramp, Brgy. Atabay, San Jose, Antique. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
