1. The CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY OF THE PHILIPPINES, AREA CENTER IV - PUERTO PRINCESA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT through the CAAP Corporate Budget CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION TWENTY-SIX THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHT PESOS & 00/100 ONLY (PHP2,026,908.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF ANS QUARTERS AT BUSUANGA AIRPORT with Identification Number 25-10-13. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY OF THE PHILIPPINES, AREA CENTER IV - PUERTO PRINCESA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required by Ninety (90) calendar days and upon the receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years, from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
