The Local Government Unit of Burgos, through budget from 20% Municipal Development Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (P 1,160,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction and Opening of Local Access Road going to Municipal Reservoir, Brgy. Poblacion 2, Burgos, Surigao del Norte - (Phase 1) / Contract No. B-15-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
