For CONCRETING OF PATHWAY

1. The Barangay Canaway, Malilipot, Albay, through the BDF for year fund 2025 with the amount of (Php 287, 016.49) Two Hundred Eighty Seven Thousand Sixteen Pesos and 49/100 only being approved budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under contract for Construction and Installation of Solar Powered Street Light at Purok 6 . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Canaway now invites bids for the above procurement projects , completion of Works is Required Seven (7) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Biding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders)
