CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE SMWD BUILDING FIFTH FLOOR LEVEL AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARCHIVES ROOM EXPANSION (RE-BID)

1) The Santa Maria Water District, through the Corporate Operating Fund for the Year 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Nine Million Two Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Sixteen Pesos and 63/100 (₱ 29,243,916.63) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE SMWD BUILDING FIFTH FLOOR LEVEL AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARCHIVES ROOM EXPANSION (RE-BID). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Santa Maria Water District now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within eight (8) months from the receipt of the Notice To Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
