  1) The Government of Cagayan de Oro, through the Current Appropriation, Annual Budget CY 2024, Non Office: Economic Services Sector - Construction and Operation of Sanitary Landfill, intends to apply the sum of Forty Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine and 47/100 (PhP49,999,999.47) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction and Development of Sanitary Landfill Cell 2 Expansion (Phase II); SN 22a - 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2) The Government of Cagayan de Oro now invites bids for Construction and Development of Sanitary Landfill Cell 2 Expansion (Phase II) at Barangay Pagalungan, Cagayan de Oro City. Completion of the Works is required Three Hundred Twenty Four (324) Calendar Days.
