1. The City Government of Palayan, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of (Php5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the construction of amenities, facilities and improvements in San Lorenzo Heights/construction/installation of solar streetlights @ Brgy. Atate. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Palayan now invites bids for construction of amenities, facilities and improvements in San Lorenzo Heights/construction/installation of solar streetlights @ Brgy. Atate.
