1. The NIA Occidental Mindoro IMO, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of two hundred seventy-nine thousand three hundred forty-two pesos and 01/100 only (₱ 279,342.01) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for construction of 30 meters canal lining (MC) located at Lubang, Occidental Mindoro with Contract No. 2025-OCCI-ALAMITAYCIS(CY2023POW)-279K-045. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The NIA Occidental Mindoro IMO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
