Description : 1) The Bureau of Soils and Water Management (BSWM), through the General Appropriations Act GAA 2025 (Continuing) intends to apply the sum of PhP 3,000,000.00 being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Agricultural Machinery/ Multi-Purpose Shed for NSWRRDC-LUPEZ - IB NO: BSWM-2026-04-026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BSWM now invites bids for the Agricultural Machinery/ Multi-Purpose Shed for NSWRRDC-LUPEZ. Completion of the Works is required to be completed within 60 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
