CONSTRUCTION OF ADDITIONAL FLOOR IN OPD BUILDING
IB No. 2025-04-004
1. The NORTHERN MINDANAO MEDICAL CENTER (NMMC) through the General Appropriations Act 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Eight Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 28,600,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IB No. 2025-04-004 for the Construction of Additional Floor in OPD Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NORTHERN MINDANAO MEDICAL CENTER (NMMC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works are required for One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
