Invitation to Bid for the Construction of Access Road to Controlled Dumpsite

1. The Barangay Cataydongan of San Jose de Buan, Samar, through the 20% Economic Development Fund CY-2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand pesos only (Php 150,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Access Road to Controlled Dumpsite. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Cataydongan of San Jose de Buan, Samar now invites bids for Construction of Access Road to Controlled Dumpsite. Completion of the Works is required to finish its work items in 29 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
