Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Lagayan, thru the FY 2025 - Local Government Support Fund - Financial Assistance to LGU's, intends to apply the sum of TEN MILLION PESOS (PHP 10,000,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract "CONSTRUCTION OF ABEL TRAINING CENTER". Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Lagayan, now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF ABEL TRAINING CENTER. The project is located at Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Lagayan, Province of Abra, Cordillera Administrative Region. The following are the Item of Works;
