BACKGROUND:

The City of Koronadal Water District (CKWD) continues to expand and improve its water supply infrastructure in order to meet the increasing demand for potable water and ensure reliable service delivery to its concessionaires. One of the identified priority projects is the construction of a 500 cubic meter ground reservoir located at Purok Bagong Silang, Barangay Sta. Cruz, Koronadal City.

This reservoir will serve as a strategic storage facility to enhance water supply reliability, stabilize system pressures, and provide additional buffer storage during peak demand periods and emergency situations. The project is envisioned to support existing pumping stations and transmission lines in the area, contributing to the overall efficiency and sustainability of CKWD-s water distribution system.
