CONSTRUCTION OF 50 CUBIC METER SMALL WATER IMPOUNDING SYSTEM (SWIS) LOCATED AT BRGY. CABLADAN, SIBALOM, ANTIQUE

1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources-PENRO Antique, through the Sub-Allotment Advise (SAA) No. RVI-101-2026-02-06 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Six Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Five Hundred pesos only (3,662,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF 50 CUBIC METER SMALL WATER IMPOUNDING SYSTEM (SWIS) IN BRGY. CABLADAN, SIBALOM, ANTIQUE
2. . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

3. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources-PENRO Antique now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required one hundred twenty (120) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
