Construction of 3-storey Multipurpose Building for Culture and Arts with Tourist Inn Phase I

1) The LGU Gamay, Northern Samar, through the 20% Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 999,454.25 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of 3-storey Multipurpose Building for Culture and Arts with Tourist Inn Phase I. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU Gamay, Northern Samar now invites bids for Construction of 3-storey Multipurpose Building for Culture and Arts with Tourist Inn Phase I. Completion of the Works is required within 60 C.D. Bidders should have completed, within October-November from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
