  LOCATED AT DDH, DUPAX DEL NORTE, NUEVA VIZCAYA
  
  1) The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the SB No.3, S-2024; AO No. 2024-623 intends to apply the sum of Eighty Four Million Eight Hundred Ninety Thousand Sixty Nine Pesos and Fifty Two Centavos (₱84,890,069.52) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of 3 Storey Multi-Purpose Building Phase I located at DDH, Dupax Del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
