  ACADEMIC COMPLEX (PHASE 1 IN DIGOS
  CAMPUS)
  1. The Davao del Sur State College, through the Fund 101 2025 intends to apply the
  sum of Twenty-five Million Pesos (Php 25,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget
  for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of 3-Storey
  Institute of Business Education and Governance Academic Complex (Phase 1 In
  Digos Campus) / DSSCPSU 2025-09-08. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
  automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2. The Davao del Sur State College now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
  Completion of the Works is required within 270 calendar days from receipt of the
  Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
