Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 3-STOREY HEMS OFFICE AND STORAGE WITH AMBULANCE PARKING

1. The Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital and Medical Center, through the hospital-s 2025 Income Fund intends to apply the sum of ₱ 10,961,378.81 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of 3-Storey HEMS Office and Storage with Ambulance Parking with Contract ID No. ITB2025-005. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital and Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 180 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
