Description : The City Government of Ligao, through the EDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Three Hundred Eleven & 85/100 Pesos (₱1,853,311.85) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Construction of 24 ln.m. Hanging Bridge at Binatagan, Ligao City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The City Government of Ligao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works required 100 CD. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project with a value of at least 50% of the proposed project and have key personnel and equipment available for the completion of the contract. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (AR) No. 9184.
