1.The Local Government Unit of Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao Del Norte, through share in the Bureau of the Treasury Regional Office XII Koronadal City with Allocation from the FY 2023 Local Government Support Fund - Growth Equity Fund (LGSF-GEF) and with Approved Resolution No. 24-039 Series of 2024 of the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan of Sultan Kudarat Maguindanao Del Norte intends to apply the sum of the above-mentioned projects with their corresponding Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
