1. The Pedro Pitogo Elementary School of Cadiz City, through the Schools MOOE Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of THIRTY SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN PESOS AND TWENTY FIVE CENTAVOS ONLY (Php. 37,947.25) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF FRONT GATE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
