Description : 1. The National Irrigation Administration, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), GAA 2025 (Fund 501) and CBI (GAA 2026-2027) intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Fifteen Million Five Hundred Fifty Eight Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Five Pesos and 74/100 (PhP 415,558,455.74) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Irrigation Facilities: Main Canal (Sta. 1+687 - Sta. 8+175), Lateral A & B, Sub-lateral A-1, A-2 & B-1, and Supply, Delivery, & Installation of Steelgates for Headgates under Calapangan Small Reservoir Irrigation Project, Invitation to Bid No. R2-CSRIPD-C-38-IF. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The National Irrigation Administration now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 1,096 calendar days inclusive of 297 unworkable days.
