1. The Bids and Awards Committee of City of Lapu-lapu through the General Fund FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 4,998,566.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Const. of Gate & Fence of Tungasan Cemetery at Olango Is.(Phase I), Olango, Lapu-lapu City ; INFRA 25-06 . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
