Description : The LGU-Island Garden City of Samal, through the General Funds intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Eight Million Four Hundred Seventy Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Pesos and Nineteen Centavos Only (Php38,470,660.19) being the ABC to payments under the contract for CONST. OF BRIDGE AT PENAPLATA TO TAGDALIAO WITH SOLAR STREETLIGHTS PENAPLATA, IGACOS UNDER PR# 2025-01-1772 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The LGU-Island Garden City of Samal, through the General Funds intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Eight Million Four Hundred Seventy Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Pesos and Nineteen Centavos Only (Php38,470,660.19) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
