Description : The Province of Antique through the 20% NTA CY-2025 (Social Development Sector)
to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Forty
Eight Pesos and Ninety Five Centavos (2, 912, 348.95) being the Approved Budget for

the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Const. of Barangay Multi-
Purpose Building (Phase I) (Badiang, San Jose, Antique). Bids received in excess of

the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Province of Antique now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Five (105) Calendar Days. Bidders
should have completed a contract similar to the Project, within five (5) years from the
date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained
in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-
discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules
