1. The City Government of Pasay, through the 5% LDRRMF CY2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand Pesos (Php 567,000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Conference Package with Accommodation Package for the conduct of the Thematic Area Planning Workshop for the formulation of the Pasay City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan 2026-2028. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
