Description : The Provincial Government of Samar invites all interested registered suppliers to submit in person or authorized representative quotation for-

1 lot CONFERENCE PACKAGE (60 pax for 2 days)

Inclusions:
- Accommodation: Triple Sharing or 3 pax per room

- Full Board Meals (Buffet with Overflowing Coffee)
Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner - 3 main course, rice, drinks & dessert
AM & PM Snacks - Pasta/Pastries and drinks

- Venue - with provision use of projector, sound system, tables and chairs and Wi-Fi/Internet Connection
- Venue Capacity - 200 pax

Scope of Work:
Catering Services
o Service staff and buffet setup

Terms and Conditions:
o All services shall be rendered on the specific dates and times scheduled and confirmed by the end user
o The service provider shall be informed one (1) week prior to the events. Any changes to the schedule shall be communicated in advance and coordinated closely with the end user to avoid disruptions in event execution.
o Payment shall be processed after compliance of all required documents.
