1. Proponent shall provide qualified engineers or technicians to perform this specific tasks.
2. Submission of detailed written test procedures to NIA-MARIIS-DRD
3. Conduct of the offline testing for the over and under frequency settings
required by the Transmission Network Provider (TNP). Test instruments
and equipment required for the realization of this testing shall be provided by the proponent
4. Submission of test results documentation to NIA-MARIIS-DRD in a form
prescribed by Transmission Network Operator (TNP)
