The National Irrigation Administration - Regional Office No. 1, through the General Appropriations Act of 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Forty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (Php 1,347,200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Conduct of Subsurface Geological and Geotechnical Investigation Detailed Engineering Study of Ilocos Sur Transbasin Project located at Quirino, Ilocos Sur under Contract No. R1-ISIMO-2025-06. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
