- UNFPA requires the provision of consultancy firms intend to conduct a comprehensive study on the drivers of maternal mortality in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). The study will generate evidence-based insights on factors influencing maternal deaths in the region, particularly regarding accessibility, socioeconomic and cultural factors as well as the health-seeking behaviors of marginalized populations. The findings will inform the development and design of social protection programs of the Ministry of Social Services and Development and the contextualization of the Comprehensive Gender and Health Education for Youth programme of the Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education, among other plans and programmes of the BARMM Government
