Description : The Police Regional Office 8 (PRO8), through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to procure the “Conduct of Soil Bearing Capacity Test (SBCT) for the Construction of Multi-Level Parking Inside PRO 8, RHQ”, with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to Three Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Pesos (PhP375,000.00), in accordance with Section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement- Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 9184.
