IMPACT ASSESSMENT OF
BOSIGON IRRIGATION PROJECT, LABO, VINZONS & PARACALE, CAMARINES NORTE

1. The National Irrigation Administration RO V, Naga City, through the GAA/FSDE CY 2022 intends to apply the sum of P 3,494,983.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Conduct of Social Environment Impact Assessment of BOSIGON IRRIGATION PROJECT, Labo, Vinzons & Paracale, Camarines Norte under Contract Reference No. FSDE22-CN-026-23. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening of the financial proposals.

2. The National Irrigation Administration RO V, Naga City now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the Conduct of Social Environment Impact Assessment of BOSIGON IRRIGATION PROJECT. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
