Description : Pursuant to the OM OUOPS D2918A Third Advisory issued by the Central Office for the Implementation of the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) for SY 2023-2024 which provides further details on the amendment to Advisory OUOPS No. 2023-03-11587. In compliance with Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB) Resolution No. 07-2022, DepEd mandates Schools Division Offices (SDOs) to directly procure pasteurized or sterilized milk from local dairy producers or cooperatives under the supervision of the NDA and the PCC through Negotiated Procurement-Community Participation (NP-CP).
Pasteurized (Carabao's) Milk in 200 ml milk pouch for 2,536 SBFP beneficiaries for 15 feeding days.
Quality:
Milk should be received in good condition, not expired, no signs of spoilage, not curdled, not slimy, and no sour smell.
It should be delivered frozen or with ice.
The Styrofoam box containing the milk pouches should be filled with ice to maintain the proper temperature of pasteurized milk.
