Description : CONDUCT OF REMOVAL OF RUNWAY RUBBER DEPOSITS AND FRICTION TESTING AT PAGADIAN AIRPORT

1. The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines-Area Center IX through the CAAP APP FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Three Hundred Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Eight Pesos and 42/100 (PHP5,312,328.42) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONDUCT OF REMOVAL OF RUNWAY RUBBER DEPOSITS AND FRICTION TESTING AT PAGADIAN AIRPORT with PhilGEPS Reference No. 12397386. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines- Area Center IX now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Fifty (50) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
