Implementation of the deadband settings to EasyGen 3200 Power
Management Controller and the conduct of Under and Over Frequency
testing of the Baligatan Hydroelectric Power Plant.
Scope of Work:
1. Proponent shall provide qualified engineers or technicians to
perform this specific tasks.
2. Configuration of EasyGen 3200 controller to adopt the required
frequency deadband requirements of the NGCP; must be able to
control the YWST Hydraulic Turbine Controller at specified deadband setting.
3. Conduct the online testing for the deadband setting, under the
supervision of the System Operator.
4. Conduct of the off-line testing for the Over and Under Frequency
settings required by the NGCP. Test instruments and equipment required
for the realization of this testing shall be provided by the proponent
and must be able to come up with a complete documentation of the testing requirement.
