1. The National Irrigation Administration, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), GAA- CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (₱ 3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract PUYO SRIP-2025-ASDI IMO-001-RO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
