1 Job CONDUCT OF PREVENTIVE/ PREDICTIVE & CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE FOR VARIOUS AIR CONDITIONING UNITS OF THIS PDOHO CAPIZ TO WIT;

Jobs to be done:
1 Conduct initial inspection of all air conditioning units the PDOHO Capiz Office,
identify and recommend parts to be replaced
2. Conduct monthly general cleaning, re-charging of refrigerants,
installation and testing of replacement parts if the need arises.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Service provider to provide labor only for the replacement of defective
parts such as but not limited to compressors, fan motor,
control boards, expansion valves, filter driers, etc. if the need arises.
2. Service provider to provide both labor and materials for
the replacement of insulations, bushings, rubber dumpers,
refrigerants and transfer and re-installation of air conditioning
unit if the need arises and to include provision
